If your messages send via the Braintoss Apple Watch app are not showing up and are also not your History in the Braintoss iPhone app, they might not have a good connection. To resolve this please try one of the following:


  • Restart your iPhone and/or your Apple Watch. Then open Braintoss on your Apple Watch with the Braintoss app on your iPhone also open. Send a test message via your Apple Watch and see if it shows up in the queue (Braintoss > Setting >History). When you see your message there, your Braintoss Watch app and your Braintoss iPhone app have a good connection and you're good to go.

  • Delete the Braintoss app from your Apple Watch (https://www.wikihow.com/Delete-Apps-on-the-Apple-Watch). Then reinstall the Braintoss app on your Apple Watch (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204784). After reinstalling the Braintoss Watch app open the app on your watch with the Braintoss app on your iPhone also open. Send a test message via your Apple Watch and see if it shows up in the queue (Braintoss > Setting >History). When you see your message there, your Braintoss Watch app and your Braintoss iPhone app have a good connection and you're good to go.

  • Delete the Braintoss app from your Apple Watch and your iPhone. After reinstalling both apps open the Braintoss Watch app on your watch with the Braintoss app on your iPhone also open. Send a test message via your Apple Watch and see if it shows up in the queue (Braintoss > Setting >History). When you see your message there, your Braintoss Watch app and your Braintoss iPhone app have a good connection and you're good to go.
