At the moment we are experiencing some off/on issues with our delivery service. We are working hard on a permanent fix. But users are reporting that these steps seem to resolve the issue:
  1. Choose a Queued message (orange icon) in History.
  2. Tap it to open it.
  3. Do a Resend (press the Send button).
  4. Go back to History and pull to refresh.
